Over a year has passed since we were first asked to photograph this wedding at Lulworth Castle in Dorset. At the time a year seemed so far way, but as anyone knows who has organised a wedding, a year passes by very quickly indeed. The Wedding Ceremony was held at the St Mary’s Chapel in the grounds of Lulworth Castle. We were delighted when we secured special permission for the second time to shoot from the front of the chapel as well as the back. This is part of our unique style and were very grateful to be trusted to do so.
After a beautiful ceremony we organised a fab confetti line up with the help of the groomsmen before we all headed down to the castle for canapés, a champagne reception and a steel band! Time passed quickly especially when everyone joined in playing with the band which was great fun.
The Wedding Breakfast was held in the Great Hall. The decorations were stunning with Silver Birch saplings on each table resulting in a beautiful indoor forest. As guests entered you could see the delight on their faces as they took in the spectacle.
The afternoon was spent enjoying the summer evening on the back lawns and hanging out at the Rum Bar, this bar was specially created & decorated.
